Shipping Policy

Because every Excelsiorify storybook is uniquely created for your child, please allow additional time for production before shipping.

1. Production Time

Each book is made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Times

Once produced and handed off to our fulfillment partner, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Your book is printed at the facility closest to your delivery address. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, and other regional carriers.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@excelsiorify.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
