3. Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

Excelsiorify is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our website is directed to adults purchasing a product for a child. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under the age of 18.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we have implemented the following policies and procedures regarding the personal information of children under the age of 13:

• Data Retention & Deletion: The photograph is retained for 30 days following confirmed delivery, then permanently and irrevocably deleted from our systems.
• Parental Consent: We obtain affirmative, verifiable parental consent before collecting any information about a child, via an affirmative checkbox during the order process.
